We are Local Property Management, an innovative, versatile, management group in the cannabis industry with an unparalleled skill set. We are fully licensed by the MED to operate in Medical and Recreational facilities. Currently centralized in Denver and its surrounding areas, we have commercial operating and management experience dating back to 2009. Our past experience has consisted of operating over 300,000 sq. ft. of grow space while orchestrating the staffing of 100’s of employees. The owner,Ty Nelson, is dedicated to the development of each and every company that they manage and are passionate about cannabis horticulture. Our belief is that the success of a company is solely dependent on the TEAM that operates it, and that has held true from our beginning in this industry, 9 years ago. Eagerness to assist in problem solving one grow at a time and one step at a time is at the forefront of our vision.

Primarily focus on plant health, increased product yields, and quality of product. Maintain and create feeding regimens along with controlled Research and Development.

Exceed expectations of being compliant at all costs and invite feedback from authorities while improving constantly.
Inspections and Permits
-Conduct and schedule inspections with authorities to establish a positive and professional rapport with regulatory agencies.
Accounting & Payroll
Orchestrate Payroll, Staffing, Scheduling and Training on all levels.
SOP Production
Create company SOPs. Develop a management style that fits a variety of business models.

Connecting and Networking with suppliers with everything needed in the office and the grow.
Harvest & Curing
-We will harvest and Cure all clients product, this includes dry trimming and packaging (if necessary).
Consistently monitoring and supervising throughout the whole process to improve the quality of end product.
IPM
Ready with a full Intergrated Pest Management Plan. We will update Pesticide Inventory Statements with the Fire Dept, as well as take action in all applying of pesticides.
