We are Local Property Management, an innovative, versatile, management group in the cannabis industry with an unparalleled skill set. We are fully licensed by the MED to operate in Medical and Recreational facilities​.​ Currently centralized in Denver and its surrounding areas, we have commercial operating and management experience dating back to  2009. Our past experience has consisted of operating over 300,000 sq. ft. of grow space while orchestrating the staffing of​ ​100’s of employees. The owner,Ty Nelson, is dedicated to the development of each and every company that they manage and are passionate about cannabis horticulture. Our belief is that the success of a company is solely dependent on the TEAM that operates it,​ ​and that has held true from​ ​our beginning in this industry, 9 years ago. Eagerness to assist in problem solving one grow at a time and one step at a time is at the forefront of our vision. 

With our extensive background in the development of companies in the industry, we have seen and experienced many success stories along the way. There are many ways to judge success but when it comes down to this industry, efficiency and consistency is the name of the game. Easier said than done. Success and Efficiency go hand and hand across the board.

Primarily focus on plant health, increased product yields, ​ ​and quality of product. Maintain and create feeding regimens along with controlled Research and Development.
